Q- Can I come into the store and buy supplies?
Yes! Our store is open. Walk right in to buy all your pool and spa supplies. We stock pool chemicals, ladders, filter systems, heaters, chlorine tablets, shock, pool toys and most everything you need for your pool or spa. We are here to help, please stop by, email or call us for anything you need!
Q- Can I come to your showroom to look at pools or spas?
Our Pool and Spa showroom is currently open by appointment only. . Please call or email for an appointment. We currently have above ground pools in stock.

Our pool showroom is currently open by appointment only. Please call or email us to make an appointment. We now have pools in stock for immediate delivery.
Q- I’d like to buy an aboveground pool. How should I do that?
We currently have above ground pools in stock. Please call or email to make an appointment to visit our above ground swimming pool showroom. Pools can also be seen on this website and purchased by phone and email.
Q- I’d like to buy a hot tub. How should I do that?
Our spa and hot tub showroom is now open by appointment only. We are also taking orders via phone or email for hot tubs. Please see our website and the manufacturer’s website at artesianspas.com

Q-Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver locally here on Staten Island with our own trucks. Call us for details.
Q-Do you test water?
Yes, we are currently testing water. No appointment necessary. We also sell a variety of test kits.
Q- How do I buy a liner for my pool?
Please call us for current stock on above ground pool liners. Supply is limited for 2021. We do have certain sizes in stock and we occasionally receive new inventory.
Q- Do you have chlorine in stock?
Yes, we have chlorine in stock in a variety of sizes. We also stock both liquid shock and powdered shock.
