WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS

For the safety of our staff and our customers, we have installed a no contact sales counter at our front door. Orders can be made in person at the sales counter and we will grab you what you need. To prevent unnecessary contact, we are only accepting credit or debit card payments at this time.

Our contactless sales counter keeps everyone safe, and lets us still service you. We regularly clean it, both the interior and exterior. The counter is equipped with an outside credit card reader, and intercom for convenient communication, and a conveyor roller to safely pass you your purchases.

Q- Can I come to the store and buy supplies? 

Yes! We have installed a no contact counter at our front door for walk up sales. You can place your order and pick up your items immediately. For the safety of our staff, please note we will not be able to assist you with heavy or bulky items. You will need to place these items in your vehicle yourself. We are here to help, please email or call us for anything you need!

Q- Can I come to your showroom to look at pools or spas?

For the safety of our staff and customers, our showroom will be closed temporarily. We are currently out of stock on above ground pools. If you are interested in a spa please call or email us.

Q-When will your showroom reopen?

We don’t know. For everyone’s safety it is closed temporarily. When we feel that it is safe for our staff and customers to open the showroom we will do so and update this page. Please use our no contact pick up window to buy supplies. Please use our website and email us to purchase a spa. Pools are currently out of stock.

Q- I’d like to buy an aboveground pool? How should I do that?

We are currently out of stock on above ground pools. We will update this page when we receive new stock. The combination of the factories closing for COVID-19 along with the huge surge in demand nationwide because of the lockdown has resulted in a severe shortage of pools. We are not sure when new stock will arrive.

Q- I’d like to buy a hot tub? How should I do that?

We are taking orders via phone or email for hot tubs.  You can reach us via phone or email and we will be happy to assist you in choosing your spa.  Please see our website and the manufacturer’s website at artesianspas.com

Q-Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver locally here on Staten Island with our own trucks. We also ship UPS. Call us with your order or place an order on this website.

Q-Do you test water?

Due to the circumstances surrounding covid19, for our safety and yours, we are currently not testing water. Please purchase a test kit. You can give us the results of your test and we will be happy to give you advice on your water chemistry.

Q- I see a line at the pick up window, how long is the wait?

We are making every effort to service our customers as quick as possible. Please have all the information we might need to help you, ie. part numbers, pool size, filter model etc.

For special orders and parts please email us at sipoolandspa@gmail. rather than wait in line. Please look at our website to view our products like ladders, pumps and filter systems before you get to the pick up window.

Q- Your phone has been busy during business hours, why?

We are experiencing a tremendous surge in phone calls and orders. Sometimes we have to put the phones on hold in order to take care of customers at the counter. Please email us at sipoolandspa@gmail.com if the phone is busy. Thank you for your patience.

Q- How do I buy a liner for my pool?

<Some liners are temporarily out of stock due to covid19. The liner factory is located in NY and was closed temporarily. Please email us at sipoolandspa@gmail.com with your pool size and address and we will check to see if we have your size.
